Shake off Winter! Flying Trapeze Immersion

With Patrick Sullivan

Winter hibernation is over—it’s time to get back in the air!

Join us for our Flying Trapeze “Shake Off Winter” Workshop, designed for flyers looking to rebuild strength, timing, and confidence after the winter break or time off. Whether you’re feeling a little rusty or want to reconnect with the rig, this workshop focuses on:

  • Rebuilding grip, core, and shoulder strength
  • Building swing rhythm and body awareness
  • Re-establishing clean body lines and consistent takeoffs
  • Flying in a fun, HEATED, encouraging environment
  • 7+ hours of flying, plus trampoline, ground school & injury prevention

Flying is not about perfection—it’s about momentum. Expect thoughtful progressions, smart conditioning, and plenty of airtime to help your body remember what it loves todo.

Who it’s for: Returning flyers with prior trapeze experience who want a confident, safe re-entry after time off. Or flyers looking for more time in the air!

What you’ll leave with: Leave feeling stronger, sharper, and with that unmistakable post-flight grin. Ready to progress with confidence this season!

Shake off winter, build your swing, and feel ready for the spring!
